Although we are still at about 50% of where we were in the peak year of 2007, 2010 sales have increased substantially (from 67% to 113%) over the bottom year of 2009.
Gross Dollar Volume has maintained increases throughout 2010 as well as the number of properties sold, while prices remain approximately 30% lower than they were in 2007.
