I first found Ray on his really great website, and he eventually served me superbly as my buyer's agent in a difficult land purchase of a mining claim. This deal needed some extensive due diligence. Because of the complexity, I did hire a lawyer, but Ray actually came up with several observations and strategies to protect my interests in addition.
Ray stayed in touch with me constantly during the due diligence period and performed many services which I had not originally expected that any broker would do. Not only does Ray know the contracts and the processes extraordinarily well (and how to protect his clients), but he is also willing to go the extra mile to provide terrific service to help make it easier and safer for the client.

I enjoyed Ray's website the first time I discovered it on the web. I returned time and time again for many months before I was ready to make a decision about pursuing the local opportunities. One can never know if the person behind the website is really worthy of your trust and business. I like to be well prepared and informed when making any decision, much less a significant real estate investment.
After a year of analyzing and monitoring the market activity in the Telluride region, I finally contacted Ray, and he proved to be an honest, hard working, and intelligent broker for us.
