Despite the flailing economy, the Mountain Village has seen many new condo complexes built over the past couple of years with very few falling flat due to insufficient financing. There is no lack of beautiful, high-end and modern units available for the descretionary buyer.

"Capella Telluride" had its Grand Opening in February of 2009.  With a mixture of 100 hotel room condominiums and 48 two to four bedroom condominiums this combination hotel - condominium features plenty of amenities from spa to restaurants to valet services to ice rink and more.  Founded by the ex-CEO of Ritz-Carlton, the new, high-end Capella chain has the highest of standards and luxury, and Telluride's version will be no exception. Perfect location and all amenities make this new complex a wonderful addition to Mountain Village.

"Villas at Cortina" is still being developed. Financing seems to be holding up and constructions continues.  There will be fifiteen hand-crafted residences with immediate ski-in/out access, clubhouse amenities, and exquisite finish detail.  Awe-inspiring views, and all-day shine make this one of the best mountain-side condominium complexes outside of the hustle and bustle of the Mountain Village Core. The clubhouse amenities shall offer private-heated ski lockers, spa treatment rooms, an outdoor heated pool & spa, a large sundeck with fire-pit, an intimate apres-ski lounge, a larger great room, a fitness center, and even a kid's game room. The luxury condo units shall range from 2000 to 3600 square feet with 3 and 4 bedroom configurations.

"12 Trails Edge" is a new condo complex on the edge of the Mountain Village core with excellent ski access, yet steps away from the gondola and the grocery store. With excellent alpine views from all 10 units, the complex is tucked away for nice privacy while it sports some exquisite amenities, which include private ski lockers, garage parking spaces, heated decks and walkways , steam rooms & whirlpool tubs, and stone fireplaces.  90% completed as of February 2009 there are 2 to 4 bedroom units ranging from 1500 to 2700 square feet in size.

"Lorian III" is the third and last phase to be built to finish off a familiar condo complex near the Village Core.  With 6 very large and spacious units with 4 to 6 bedrooms and ranging in size from 4000 to 6900 square feet, this final phase overlooks the Double Cabins ski run and the San Sophia Mountainse.
