Wilson Mesa and Sunshine Mesa

If you want to be close to the Telluride, Colorado ski resort, yet crave wide-open spaces, dreamy views, and rolling land, consider one of the outlying mesas around Telluride. Wilson Mesa, for instance, has both beautiful ranch parcels and a subdivision. Called Wilson Mesa Ranches, this subdivision has land ranging in size from three to 40 acres. Wilson Mesa is located just 20 to 25 minutes away from Telluride.

Sunshine Mesa is very exclusive. With only about 20 parcels and 12 property owners, it is rare to find parcels for sale in this area. Land parcels in this area range in size from 35 acres to more than 400.

In addition to these mesas, Hastings, Horsefly, Iron Springs, and Specie Mesas are all within convenient driving distance of Telluride. Owning property in any of these locations is an opportunity to be surrounded by beauty, fresh air, and lots and lots of space.
