Ski Ranches Subdivision

Located just minutes from the town of Telluride, the Ski Ranches subdivision is at home next to Mountain Village. The subdivision features larger lots, one to three acres in size, as well as a number of finished homes. Lots in this area are generally less expensive than those in Mountain Village and Aldasoro Ranch.

Ski Ranches has an abundance of trees, greenery, and awesome views. The area also offers paved roads. Unlike some other locations, horses and dogs are allowed here. The subdivision even offers a range of modern conveniences, such as underground power and natural gas. Central water and telephone wiring are available as well.

Elk Run is another subdivision in the Telluride area. This newer development is located south of Ski Ranches and is just 12 to 14 minutes from Telluride. Elk Run boasts private tennis courts and larger lots. Lots are generally sized at about three to six acres, with 5.3 acres being about average. Elk Run is known for large homes and excellent views.
